Oh hey! Whether you just googled “Tucson Wedding Photographers” or were referred by a friend, I’m so happy you’re here! I won’t go into the usual speech about creatively capturing your fleeting precious moments, etc. etc… I think my past clients have done a far better job of describing their experiences than I can. What I will say is that if you’re looking for a down-to-earth photographer that is unbelievably motivated to make you happy with your entire experience – whether it be near-instant communication, above and beyond service, feeling 100% at ease in front of the camera, or most importantly, artfully captured photographs of you and your loved ones on your best day, that will move you to your core – you’ve come to the right place! Let’s grab a coffee or a beer and talk about your expectations in a photographer, so I can figure out how to exceed them.

Tucson is my home, where I fell in love with wedding photography and where I capture the majority of weddings, engagements, and family portraits. I am available for travel worldwide! Whether you’re planning a Sedona wedding, San Francisco elopement, San Diego proposal, or even a Hawaii destination wedding, I’d love to talk with you.

Of all the vendors we had to deal with Evan was the best and most reassuring. A few things went wrong with our flowers, cake and food but Evan was early, flexible, creative and overall just amazing. He made our night one to remember and I have beautiful photos that captured the best day of my life!!

Evan was absolutely awesome. He had soo many great ideas for pictures, but also let us give our own ideas for some nice shots. He made the picture portion of our wedding go very smooth and we are grateful. We recommended him to a coworker who is also getting married at Saguaro Buttes. - Michael - Facebook

Weddings

The motion, emotion, anticipation and excitement are just a few of the things I love about photographing wedding days. 12 years of experience helps put me in the right place at the right time, and my camera is constantly at my eye, waiting for the next genuine, raw moment. I’d love to buy you a coffee and talk about your wedding day plans.

Engagements

Engagement Sessions are included in all of my wedding packages. They’re my favorite way to get to know couples before their wedding, getting them comfortable in front of my camera and allowing me to capture their true connection. The vibe is no-rush, active, and fun. I typically schedule sessions to start about 2 hours before sunset, and they can be split up between multiple locations.

Families

With two little boys of my own, I know family photos with little ones can be a challenge! Family sessions are always a no-rush situation. I often start by letting kids play (usually playing with them!), while following them around with my camera, before moving on to posed shots. To keep kids’ attention, I will not hesitate to make a fool of myself! And when posed, “look here and smile” shots prove impossible (which is very rare), I try to capture families interacting naturally (running, playing, talking, tickle fights, etc.)

Senior Portraits and Graduates

Whether graduating from high school or earning a degree in higher education, this is such a huge accomplishment and an important moment in your life. Congratulations! Senior portrait and grad sessions are super fun, relaxed, outdoors, in the best light of the day.

Maternity & Newborns

I approach maternity portrait sessions much like engagement sessions, just with a bit more emphasis on the bump. 🙂 The photos of my wife and I when she was pregnant with our firstborn are some of my most treasured photographs, and I love capturing them for other moms & dads. Newborn shoots are often done in-home, where the baby is most comfortable. There’s a lot of cuddling, holding, and kissing the baby by mom, dad, and older siblings.
